PAUL & DOREEN SHIREK
Senior Pastors
Pastor Paul and Doreen are a wonderful couple that have led Faith Christian Church since it’s founding in 1985. Married for over 30 years, they have four children and nine grandchildren.
Paul graduated in 1980 from Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, OK. He has since continued his education and in 2013, he earned his Masters of Theology and Doctorate of Sacred Studies from Christian Life School of Theology of Columbus, GA.
Paul is the founder of the Northern Christian Alliance, an organization working and praying together to present the message of Jesus Christ, strengthen churches, and positively affect the culture of Wisconsin and the north.
He is author of the book "The Last One Standing", which is a great read for anyone looking to be inspired and see the vision and drive that he has to see God's church thrive in today's culture.
While Paul is an avid outdoorsmen and is passionate about hunting, fishing and camping, his true passion lies in seeing souls saved and lives transformed for the kingdom of God. Devoting his life to preaching the gospel, he is a true encourager, building up and challenging God’s church to see the kingdom of Heaven advanced. Doreen is the perfect complement for Paul, as a truly uplifting and wonderful woman. She works as Chapter Director for Wisconsin Right to Life, and leads the Women’s ministry for Faith Christian Church. They are both passionate about mentoring and teaching the next generation of church leaders, and have worked through the church to teach and grow those interested in ministry, and have helped send out ministry leaders all across the globe. They have given their lives to make Faith Christian Church a place where Jesus is glorified, the gospel is preached, and the next generation is raised up to be a light in this world!
AARON SHIREK
Associate Pastor
Aaron is passionate about and skilled in bringing creative arts and scriptural insight to our church.
In 2007, Aaron graduated from Valor University in Columbus, Ohio. Outside of his time at Valor University, Aaron has spent his whole life in Mauston, where he now raises his family.
Aaron often states how much he loves Wisconsin. He chooses to spend most of his free time outdoors, enjoying the four seasons.
KEN KAYHART
Reedsburg Campus Pastor
Prior to being our Campus Pastor, Ken has lead worship, mastered sound and lighting and helps in every capacity.
His patience and persistence is what makes him a great leader in our church and a wonderful father and husband.
JESS KAYHART
Worship Leader - Reedsburg
Jess is the mother of 3 beautiful children and married to Ken Kayhart, Campus Pastor of our Reedsburg location. Prior to joining FCC staff, she has volunteered as part of the worship team, worked in children’s ministry and helped direct our annual women’s conference.
Her love for God and her desire to see change in others is what drives her to be her best and do her best every day.
JORDAN BAESEMAN
Youth & Children's Pastor
Jordan Baeseman brings fun and energy to everything he does. As Youth & Children's Pastor, his desire is for our youth to discover their purpose and identity in Jesus.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys sports and spending time with friends and his wife Carrie.
DONAVON BLAIR
Pulse Master's Commission Director
Donavon has a pastoral heart in all he does whether it is preaching, teaching any age group, working with the volunteers under his ministry, or tending to a necessary task.
Donavon enjoys taking pictures on his iPhone, making adventures where and when he can, spending time with his family and he likes coffee (a lot). He has a quick wit and great sense of humor.

RAI ANN PAULSEN
Care Coordinator
Rai Ann brings not only a great skill but also a very caring heart to our work as a church and ministry.
She and her husband Doug have always loved their pets, have a generous heart to help those in need and are always a blessing to those who need them. Rai Ann enjoys shopping, reading, good movies and going out to eat with her husband. Everyone who knows her loves her.
LORI BLAIR
Bookkeeping
Lori has a heart to lead and train the next generation of leaders and inspire them be all that God wants them to be. She works alongside her husband Donavon in pioneering Northwoods Masters Commission, which is a ministry of FCC.
She works to assist in leading worship on a regular basis for both of our church campuses. She also works as our bookkeeper and administrates various office duties throughout the week. Her and Donavon have 4 beautiful children and live in Mauston.
